thanks for your reply. But maybe I ask the question not correctly.

I got this notebook configured like this from the dell technican, after he change the mainboard. Every time its virtualized in VMware, but I dont want that ofcourse - but if I create a image with OS Recovery Tools, it installs exactly like this... ESXI and inside Windows..
