Issue with Wireless Network Cards and Power Settings
Vostro 15 3510
I would like to report an issue related to the wireless network cards in my Dell laptop. I have encountered difficulties in maintaining a Wi-Fi connection during hibernation. I would like the laptop not to disconnect from the Wi-Fi network during hibernation, just as it happens with Ethernet cards.
Before reporting the problem, I have of course installed the latest drivers from the website https://www.dell.com/support/home/pl-pl/product-support/servicetag/0-dXMrZFZrazcrY21TVEdqblN5TDRGZz090/drivers and used the SupportAssist tool, but unfortunately, it did not resolve my issue.
Furthermore, I noticed that in the Windows power settings (powercfg.cpl -> "Change plan settings" -> "Change advanced power settings"), there is no available option for "Wireless network card settings". Please provide information on why this option is not available and how I can configure the settings of my wireless network card to maintain a Wi-Fi connection during hibernation.
Additionally, I would like to inquire why in the Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options, I only have the Balanced power plan available. Is there a possibility to add or unlock other power plans?
The model of my laptop is Vostro 15 3510, and the operating system is Windows 10 Pro. I kindly ask for assistance in resolving these issues.
