Vostro 7620 audio problems

Dell Vostro 7620 on Windows 11 has some echo sound effect both using wired headphones or built-in speakers. Thought it was because of Waves Maxx, so uninstalled it, but the effect still persists. For me it sounds like some audio enchantments.
Using latest Realtek driver 6.0.9418.1, A19. All Windows updates are installed.
Tried disabling Audio Enhancements for the playback device, however then it stops playing audio at all.
Tried clean re-install Realtek drivers - no success.
Tried to re-install Waves MaxxAudio Pro Application, but Windows Store shows that it's no longer available (saying "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found.")

To receive assistance from Dell support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Click the "Get help now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. Provide to them the private Service Tag and all of your troubleshooting.

Yes, the last thing we want is for Dell to be helpful to general users in a web based community forum for troubleshooting.
