Vostro hinge problem, poor after sales support

I bought a Dell Vostro one year ago for business use and right hinge was broken without any damage.

Right hinge was broken and it is squeezing the screen frame. I asked for repair and Dell Support of Turkey did not accepted even It's under guarantee. I talked with Mete B - Client L1 Technical Support Engineer-Dell EMC.

I googled and there are hundreds of claims and users with same problems with same photos. Unfortunately I bought 30 same machine for the company that I work for and I am completely regretful because of after sales service of Dell.
