Chinese Software PowerWord 2005

Hi,

I owned an Latitude D610 Dell laptop.

After installed powerword 2005, whenever I activate the program and moving the mouse, the toolbar below the screen will disappear and appear again repeatly.

If I turn off the program, if seen to be alright.

I don't have this problem with my last laptops.

Could anyone here help?
