compressing a file help

Question

Hello, I hope i have the right place to post this question??? I have a game that is 1,767,972 KB and i want to it on a cd how do i compress it so it well fit??? Thanks Phil

slingbladephil, Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum. You can get a zip program like WinZip and then zip the file to burn to cd.

Right click the file you want to compress, select Send To... and choose Compressed (Zipped) folder. The selected file will be zipped and you can burn on a CD. Ron
