How to use Clean Boot to troubleshoot

Clean Boot--> MSCONFIG --> System Configuration --> Selective startup is only a troubleshooting process. If the issue does not return on reboot, add one Service, one Startup item, etc. one at a time to identify the culprit. Once culprit is identified, return System Configuration to Normal startup. Then troubleshoot the culprit.
