You can use ALT codes + 4digit https://www.alt-codes.net/
For example, hold ALT key and type 130 on keypad= é
......................................ALT key and type 138 on keypad= è
..........................................................................136 on keypad= ê
....and so on.

You can also use CharMap (Character Map), which is included with the Windows OS.

Using Alt Codes (with the numeric keypad):Make sure Num Lock is on.Hold down the Alt key and type the corresponding code on the numeric keypad.
