IE 7.0

Question

I downloaded IE 7.0 and all went well until I hit the restart button and it  took almost ten minutes to reboot. I uninstalled IE 7.0, back to IE 6.0, but now still takes long, long, long, long time to reboot.   Any suggestions? Thanks.

Thanks but System Restore did not correct the problem. Still forever to restart.

are you saying ctrl+fll was the restore you used.

I used the Restore from Help and Support. Still takes 7 minutes to restart.
