Power Management Tab missing

I don't have the power management tab in any place of my device manager. I tried a bunch of solutions but none of them worked for me.

I did try going on the mouse properties, but I also don't have the power management tab in there;

I did try the USB wake support in BIOS setup;

I did try to edit the registry setting the DWORD (32-bit) Value to 0.

None of this options worked for me. There is anybody that has a light at the end of the tunnel?

I really appreciate any kind of help.
