Windows 10 does not send music to Bluetooth speaker
I have a Sony SRS-XB12 - Bluetooth speaker that I paired with my Win 10 Laptop, but I can't get the computer to send the music to the speaker. What do I need to do to listen to music on it? The speaker works fine when I connected this to my Android phone. Please help with this, Waiting For your Suggestions.

Hi @davidbon you can try this
1: Press Windows Key + R, type services.msc and press Enter.
2: Search for Bluetooth support service.
3: Check if it is started, if not Right click on the service and click on Start.
Hope this will help you

Thanks for your reply, I do this but my problem was not solved I also searched this issue on the Internet and also communicate with the sony customer Executive. but they told me that this may be the Operating System issue. I found the official Microsoft Link https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/pair-a-bluetooth-device-in-windows-2be7b51f-6ae9-b757-a3b9-95ee40c3e242 and I also found the External Link https://techsherlock.com/windows-audio-device-graph-isolation/#How_to_Fix_Windows_Audio_Device_Graph_Isolation_High_CPU_Usage This link helps a lot to me. I followed the Step Provided here. and then Restart my PC. It's Work For Me.

Hello, this is the bug I have encountered. All you need to do is change the mp3 or m4r file to the format that suits your windows.
