WMS 4.1.1 - Mongo DB stopes randomly
Hello,
I did upgrade WMS 3.3.1 to 3.6.1, then 3.6.1 to 3.8, then 3.8 to 4.1.1. I did not get any error during the upgrade processes.
Now, from time to time, I am unable to connect to WMS webpage and some users do get a message on their Wyse (Thin OS 9) saying "waiting for WMS server".
When I check the Dell WMS services in Windows event viewer, MongoDB service is stopped. I had to restart it manually. It happen several times already.
Does any one has an idea or can help me out?
Thanks a lot.
