I was on with Dell tech support today on an issue w/ my XPS Tower. They insisted that my issue (related to the system not recognizing a USB thumb drive to boot from, on which I ended up making my own progress) could not be worked on because I had installed an 8TB HDD in my system as a data drive, and they said that my system only supports up to a 2TB data drive (even though system working fine, all diagnostics fine, etc., and the boot problem predates the data drive).  I mean, c'mon. The logic of boot drive being related to a data drive in the system is ridiculous in the first place.  But that a Dell Tower can't take a >2TB drive?  I am just curious; this has to be rank nonsense, right?
