Go to SolutionNew syntax of keyword search by author ID and keyword on Dell forum
The old way does not work any more
Here is new way
for example to search author ID for Dell Daniel and keyword XPS
https://www.dell.com/community/en/conversations/search/?authors=69936726763b490bb75b5799
&q=XPS
to search author ID for Dell Chris M2 and keyword Alienware
https://www.dell.com/community/en/conversations/search/?authors=68a066e0bd4d0b6b0a310b2e
&q=Alienware
I intentionally wrote it on new line to show the syntax. in practice everything is in one line.
here is real link

If you do author search only for example for tesla
https://www.dell.com/community/en/conversations/search/?authors=647bba67c3b1ef2541c8c464
and you type in keyword Aurora R1
it goes back to general search on Dell forum without author ID
so to search by both author and keyword, the work around is to add
&q=Aurora+R1
full link is
