Environment: XPS8700, Windows 10

When downloading files from the file hosting sites, it always got interrupted after one or two hours. Click Resume and then the downloading ends up with empty file. The error message says "it can not download due to network issue".

The following steps have been tried to find the reason:

- Used different browers, failed.

- Used wifi card to download, failed. (also tried to repair files with commenads like sfc /scannow, dism /online ...)

- Used usb tongle to download, failed.

- Used ethernet to downlad, failed.
- Reinstall Win10,  the download still failed.

However,  desktop with Win7 can finish the downloading successfully. 

Please advise what causes the issue and how to fix this issue?
