XPS 8930, dell hardware diagnostics service
My XPS 8930 is not working so I wish to send it back to Dell for diagnostics. It costs either $39 or $59. Dell says it will authorize a return with shipping label and box. Will it pick the box with desktop inside it and arrange for UPS to pick it up, or do I have to take the box down to the UPS store myself?

they usually use FedEx (at least with Dell laptops) and you can schedule FedEx pick up if that works for you.
