Hi, I recently bought a razer blackshark v2 x headset (with a mic) for my pc. I plugged in the headphones into the front audio jack, and found that while the audio works, the mic is not being detected. After this, I also tried using the headphone splitter on the red and green audio ports, which also fail to detect the microphone. I've tested the headphones on another computer, and they work without a problem, and I've also updated all drivers and made sure the PC is up to date. Does anyone know what I can do to solve this problem? Thanks!
