XPS, Dell Optimizer, fails to load

Hello everyone, I am running a Dell XPS desktop on Windows 11 Pro  25H2. I have tried multiple  times  to install the  Dell Optimizer (Dell-Optimizer-Application_680N2_WIN64_6.3.0.0_A00.EXE) without success. The app is installed but fails to load. Please advise on how to install this application so that it loads and works. Looking forward for your responses.

Thank you.

Hello everyone, I tried  removing  all Dell applications  via  Revo uninstaller, and  re-installing Dell  Optimizer, but  it still fails to  load dashboard , I just can't figure  out what I am  doing  wrong, could  it  be  that  my Bitdefender antivirus  or my   firewall is  preventing full  installation?

@mahadellpc - Not sure what you are experiencing, but I came here to resolve a similar issue. Our company bought two Dell XPS 16 (DA16260) laptops, identical models. During setup, we noticed that one of them had Dell Optimizer 6.3 running just fine; the other did not. When we open Optimizer on the "not working" laptop, we just get a blank screen:

We also noticed there was no icon running in the system tray. On the "working" laptop we at least see this:

Dell Core Services and all the other Dell software seem to be installed identically. And yes, we checked Smart App Control but it had no effect. (Both are in 'Evaluation' mode.) Can't imagine what would be crippling one install of Optimizer while the other works fine. Welcome thoughts.
