Dell XPS 13 9370 - Dual boot Windows 10 & Linux

I'm trying to dual boot on my XPS 13 with Windows 10 and Kali Linux. I've currently got Kali Linux installed on my SSD and I've left 256GB of unallocated space remaining. When trying to install windows 10 via USB I see the windows logo loading then just a blank purplish screen with a cursor. I've tried both UEFI and legacy boot bios and the results are the same. Any ideas?
