Dell XPS 15 9500 "clicks" when picking it up
I noticed this when I was watching videos on youtube or netflix (really any streaming side). When I would pick up my laptop with one hand, the trackpad would "click" from underneath due to the flexing of the frame. I am not sure if this is a loose trackpad issue or a weak frame issue. Either way it is clicking when it shouldn't be.

I have the same issue.
Here's a video I posted on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CGOJGohKSKI
This is an unacceptable design flaw.

I have the same issue. Is there a remedy to this design flaw?
I could not find any solutions on the internet so far.

quick update. After many emails and talks Dell refuses to do anything. This is really disappointing for a 3500EUR device. I am switching back to thinkpad again
This is sad, since the XPS is a good device otherwise.

Same issue on mine that I bought last December. I think this will have to be my last XPS for awhile, pretty embarrassing build quality on this thing.
