Fingerprint reader not working at start up

Hello,

I have an XPS 13 9315 and have some issues with the fingerprint reader. It used to work great until I had to completely reset my computer when it started not working and creating critical issues with my computer. Since the reset, I have not been able to use the fingerprint reader when turning on my computer, I have to use my PIN. However, I can use the fingerprint reader when my computer turns back on from sleep mode. Any idea how I can make it work when I turn the computer back on?
