HELP Amazon warehouse XPS 15 9560 problems

Question

Just bought Dell 9560 from Amazon Warehouse Deals Warehouse deals and I installed new drivers, Spotify and Steam. Downloaded GTA San Andreas. Everytime I try to launch the game I get a blue screen of death with a message saying: VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR.

Searched online for the code and read that if I reinstalled windows this could be a way to fox the problem. Did this and got to the safety management screen, I think that's what is called, and kept trying to reinstall. Every time I would, i would get to >50% then be put back onto the previous screen.

Now I turn it on and get a regular boxy Windows tab saying: the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows click 'OK' to restart computer and then restart the installation.

Every time I press OK the computer turns off and I am greeted with the same message.

Any advice is more than appreciated. Would be long to send it back and get a new one.

You must use Dell drivers since they are customized by Dell. Get them here--

You cannot use the Intel, Nvidia, etc. drivers from their web sites. That will crash the computer.

Don't forget you bought a used computer not a new one from Dell. So there probably is no warranty. Check with Amazon about returns.

Reinstalling Windows should be a clean Custom install which includes booting to install media and deleting the partition with windows.
