Hi, I just bought and received this new XPS 13 DX13260 laptop 2.5 weeks ago. Initially, the laptop runs well. Suddenly, I cannot turn on my laptop despite the battery was charged. It resolved after I long press and hold the power button for 60 seconds. I wonder what is the problem as it is new laptop and still within 30 days return period. Would this problem be permanent/severe or is it related to battery? Should I return the laptop? Thank you.
