Price match for different student price

I placed an order for the XPS13-DX13260 on 27 June 2026 with Inside Sales Representative Dell Technologies after verify my student status. 

I noticed that the exact same configuration is currently listed on the Dell Canada website under the student promotion at $849.99 CAD, while I was charged approximately $899 CAD under a different student discount calculation.

Could you please help adjust my order to match the current student promotional price of $849.99 CAD, or issue a refund for the difference?

Since the order has not shipped yet with the status of "Build complete", I would really appreciate if this adjustment could be made instead of cancelling and  reordering.
