Top of XPS spacebar doesn't register

Recently the top of my XPS spacebar has stopped registering (only the top not anywhere else) or only registers sometimes. I've tried cleaning under it but nothing changed, and i pried the keycap up a little the blow into it yet nothing changed. I've contacted support but my laptop has like "services issue" or something and they keep sending me back to the same agent who can't do anything. Any fixes that are known / how can i get support?
