Very out of date Killer app from Dell
Intel Killer is now on version 40 and the last update from Dell is 36, With such a big generation gap should, for security, we be updating direct from Intel

My old XPS 9570 now has an AX WiFi card stuffed in it and it I use the Intel drives for it fine. My machine is 8th gen but the LCD is UHD and it is touchscreen too.
