I have a 7390 with 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD since December. Better: since January as the first had to be replaced after the 2nd repair. The 2nd now failed after 4 months. A fan is broken which requires to change the board and everything will be gone again.I have 24h support, but this means a week.
I am sick of this mess. These laptops are terrible. I switched to DELL from Mac as they were way behind, but now considering to dump this miserable hardware and buy a Mac again.
The 7390 is a beta test device that has not been well designed. Battery life 3.5h, can you belief that?
Also deeply disappointed in the 7390. Way too many issues out of the box for that kind of money. Not worth the nearly $2k at all. Returned it after only a few days.

kikoyu,
I do not see that an exchange was setup for a replacement system? What are the ePSA diagnostic codes showing on the computer?
Run the LCD-BIST which is the LCD's built-in self-test diagnostics tool.
