XPS 13 plus

The mouse pad gets stuck and doesn’t bounce back after clicking. This issue happens often, every time I use it, and it takes away peace of mind. If I were to recommend a laptop, I would suggest a Lenovo ThinkPad. I can’t replace or send this one for repairs because all my files are on it, and my work would be halted while waiting for the repair or replacement. Dell needs to fix this problem.

Have you tried reinstalling the driver?  If not, try that to see if that will resolve the issue.
