XPS 14 9440, damaged touch pad in less than ten months
I am in China. I didn't expect that the laptop XPS 14 9440 I bought for more than 20,000 yuan would have a damaged touchpad in less than ten months. I asked for a replacement, but the technical service and after-sales service just kept saying that they could replace parts. I formally complained to Dell China Sales for not paying attention to customer experience, and strongly demanded a replacement of the machine. They refused to accept repairs or replacements.

Refused to replace is completely normal -- you don't get a new system to replace one on which a part failed; to expect such is unreasonable.
Refusal to accept repairs is either your option, or that "damaged touchpad" was user damage, not a failed component. The warranty does not cover accidental or user-caused damage.

@ejn63 If you can accept replacing parts of the laptop you bought for more than 20,000 yuan within 10 months, that is your business, but I refuse to accept it.

Since I posted it here, I may not be able to change the final result of replacing the parts, but I must remind consumers who choose Dell in the future, please consider whether you can accept the situation I am facing now. I am not a designer, I just use it for ordinary work, send emails, and most importantly, use office software. I bought such an expensive product just to avoid trouble, but I didn't expect it to be so troublesome. Some people who try to cover up this real user feedback can of course come and say whether I broke it myself. Those who say these things, please tell me how I can damage the touchpad during normal use.
