XPS 15 Black Screen
Hi,
When I turn on my dell XPS 15 the screen remains black and the computer gives a 8 beep sound. This indicates a problem with the LCD. However I run a hardware diagnosis and the only problem I got was with the battery (error code: 2000-0131. Validation: 125581)
So do I have a problem with my screen, my battery or both? Could anyone help me to solve this issue?

Thank you for your message. There are chances that there is an issue with the battery & the screen.
Disconnect the power cord & remove the battery. Press & hold down the power button for 30 seconds to release the static.
Put the battery back in & connect the AC adapter, start the computer by holding down the D key. Check if there is any display on the screen or if there is an error.
