XPS DA16260 - CPU not reaching full turbo speed
Hi all
I have the Ultra X7 358H that claims 4.8GHz turbo speed. I have found that best speed I get is about 3.8GHz. I have tried a couple of stress tests. I have Performance settings including in the BIOS.
Does anyone have suggestions please?

Bear in mind the only way to achieve the maximum turbo speed is to disable all but one CPU core -- you'll never see it when the CPU is running in normal (multi-core) mode.
