XPS15 running Windows 11. Location Services don't show on Startup screen.

My XPS15 running Windows 11 24H2 does not show Location info on the Startup screen. I have enabled all the necessary options. These are the same as on my other W11 PC and it's displayed on that one.

Is Dell somehow disabling this option?
