XtremIO Uptime Bulletin
Does an XtremIO Uptime Bulletin exist for XtremIO yet like EMC has for the other products that details the relative percentage of customer adopting the different code levels so customers can compare?

As far as I know - XtremIO Uptime Bulletin does not exist yet. But to answer your query regarding the relative percentage of customer's code levels you can check Target Revisions and Adoption Rates doc, located here https://support.emc.com/docu39695_Target-Revisions-and-Adoption-Rates.pdf
