About me

I've been with EMC since 1998 and worked as a Customer Engineer and Field Support Specialist for the first 16 years. For the past year, I have worked at EMC's Corporate office within the ESRS product group as the Corporate ESRS SME. For the past 10 years, 90% of my time has been with ESRS from the most basic installs to the most complex.
