About me

Emilio Cervantes is a Technical Support Engineer, with EMC, in the Data Backup and Recovery Products (BRS) division. He has supported various products during his support experience, but has dedicated his efforts to the AutoStart and HomeBase products. Emilio has chieved an EMC Proven Professional, with a specialist certificate in EMC Avamar, to better support the BRS product family.
