<p>I work for AT&T as a M&P manager supporting the U-verse line of products. I primarily work with the customer care aspects working to help identify process gaps to improve the customer service experience.</p> <p>In my leisure, I enjoy spending time on my sailboat or going out off-roading. I had been a big PC gaming fanatic and do some light PC gaming today.</p> <p>I have 15 years experience in Technical Support for ISP/TV multicast support.</p>
