<div style="margin:0in 0in 10pt;"><span style="font-size:small;font-family:Calibri;">This is my first Personal Dell so I joined the Community to ask questions and give answers if/when possible. I have owned primarily HP products, one desktop and two laptops and several printers of all sizes and I’ve been fairly pleased with them overall. At work we are almost exclusively Dell and I’ve had good experiences with customer service whenever something has gone wrong. I am hoping that same level of service is given to the private consumer.</span></div>
