Started Troubleshooting at the landfill when I was 7 years old , I would find different electrical and electronics, In college Introduced to Network and Pc's and the technology was not there , I had to create my own independent studies. Ran technology lab while I was there. Independent field work install troubleshoot network connection issues, install / troubleshoot servers and workstations. Started Helpdest mid 90's and Joined EMC Support Clraiion Storage. and then went on File side celerra, and worked Unified Block / File support, Was one of the original testers of ESRS . since Background with Products and with ESRS I was a great fit for ESRS team with background of all types of hardware/software connectivity and consult with Product teams in regards to ESRS. I also develop and implement projects to enhance process - procedures, Knowledge development and Internal / customer facing nand through collaboration and social media.
