About me

Hello everyone! My name is Katie and am from Maple Grove, Minnesota. I graduated college in 2012 from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a BS in Information Technology. I am an alumna of the Delta Zeta Sorority and continue to support speech and hearing charities across the US. I started working at EMC in July of 2012 working with the Hardware skill team specializing in Isilon Hardware issues and configure to order (CTO) nodes. In the summer of 2013, I transitioned to a role on the Administration skill team specializing in antivirus solutions, Isilon InsightIQ, API references, the cluster event system, the Web Administration Interface, and also Role-Based Authentication. My role now is that of a coach for the rest of my team here in MN as well as the whole globe. I love helping people and solving really complex issues. I have a passion for teaching and learning and I always do my best to move SRs, coaching opportunities, and customer questions to resolution quickly and accurately.
