supportAssist error saying "no memory on previous boot" when booting, even with no issues

Inspiron 3585

Inspiron 3585

I'm on BIOS version 1.9.0 on a inspiron 3585 with 8gb of ram and ryzen 5, I've had this issue for about 1.5 years now and deciding to sell this laptop now, I've never been bothered by this since it doesn't affect the functionality of the laptop so I just ignored this, but now I would like to fix this, I've fully reset windows 10 to factory default and also reset and upgraded to the latest BIOS version but to no success, I'm not sure what else to do and any help would be great!

Try reseating the RAM modules. This may occur if the system did not properly detect the RAM modules during POST. If reseating does not help then try one RAM module then the other. Also download and run Memtest86 here which will test RAM for problems. If you get any errors with Memtest86, even one, that is a fail.
