Dell P2422H - display port - vertical configuration lost every reboot

Hi, I have a Dell24222H connected through a display port, as a vertical screen. Every reboot, Dell Display Manager loses the configuration and puts it as horizontal screen. I have last version of DDM. Any help?

I have a second screen through HDMI - Dell S2721HN (as horizontal screen) - the configuration of this one is working fine.
