13 R3, Factory reset partitions

Hi, I have accidently deleted the folder Temp1234 while using Dell Backup and Recovery v1.9.2.8 resulting in me being unable to create factory media onto a external hard drive.

My factory image partition still works fine using F12 at boot and selected SupportAssist OS Recovery however this only factory resets the OS partition to factory state but not the other partitions such as WINRETOOLS and DELLSUPPORT, ESP etc.

How can I factory reset the hard drive partitions to factory state using the factory image partition?

Thank you in advance.

Re: 13 R3, Factory reset partitions

Hi Eimy,

My image partition still contains the .wim files for the partitions are you sure this cannot be done? Are you able to get further information on how I can get AlienRespawn to detect my factory image so that I can create factory media?

I have attached a screenshot of the files on the recovery partition: recovery image.pngFactory Image files on the partition

Thank you for the support.
