XPS 15-9560, retailer Virgin, service tag, warranty

On April 11th 2019, I bought a new Dell XPS 15-9560 4k, from Virgin Megastore Warehouse in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. When I switched the laptop on and went to SupportAssist it shows me "service plan expired on March 18 2019". I thought that I should receive 2 year warranty from date of purchase? I am unable to contact Dell support because, warranty expired. What should I do next?
