XPS 15-9560, retailer Virgin, service tag, warranty
On April 11th 2019, I bought a new Dell XPS 15-9560 4k, from Virgin Megastore Warehouse in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. When I switched the laptop on and went to SupportAssist it shows me "service plan expired on March 18 2019". I thought that I should receive 2 year warranty from date of purchase? I am unable to contact Dell support because, warranty expired. What should I do next?

This is the USA Dell Community Forum. You have to call into Dell Customer Care for your country. Go here. Click, "View phone numbers". Give them the XPS 15-9560 service tag number. Explain when you purchased it and from what store. They will need a copy of the store invoice to verify the purchase date.
