Phone Order Confirmation
I placed an order for an Alienware Laptop today at approximately 1:30 PM on the phone. I was told my order confirmation would be emailed to me so that I could review everything then initiate the production process. I have yet to receive this email and I want to ensure that my item is sent to the correct address. I am not sure what exactly I need to do. I attempted to contact customer service on the phone, but was placed on hold for 20 minutes. If I could get some assistance that would be spectacular.
