Audio After Sleep Mode is Slow-Mo and Fuzzy

Bought a new Optiplex 7040 and upgrade the os to windows 10, since then every time my computer is going under sleep mode and back on the sound is fuzzy and slow-mo in every speaker or every sound.

I've tried update the driver several times from several places and use dell audio assistance apps but nothing help. After restart it's sounds ok but every time it goes under lockscreen and sleep mode it messed up again.

I'm new at this forum so if i post something wrong please tell me.
