Checkpoint failures like the one you are experiencing here can be caused by various problems that have prevented the system from booting correctly. Have you been able to troubleshoot the system at all already / could you elaborate on what has been tried?
For troubleshooting I would recommend going through our No POST guide below. If available swapping known good components specifically the systems memory and CMOS would be great for troubleshooting. If known good are not available to swap, stripping he system of all peripherals and reseating component connections would help rule out a possible connectivity issue.
