Error code M1004

I have a Dell Inspiron B130 that is still in warranty. I started it today and I got the error message M1004. I had called Dell about this computer shutting off about 2 months ago and I thought it was related to a loose AC power connector They told me that part was not covered under warranty. Any help from a Dell person on this and what route I need to take. Thanks. Tom
