My laptop purchased on 2010 and my warranty expired on 2011. The laptop is not powering on. I gave the laptop to one of the authorized service center. They said that the problem is with motherboard. What should I do for rectify the issues?

As the service center has confirmed that the issue is with the motherboard, the same has to be replaced. You could contact Dell Out of warranty team on 1-800-288-4410 (for US only) for further assistance. Please revert in case if you are from a different region.
