Check the settings related to the channel to be ensure that the setting are fine .
Then after check the Wireless card drivers and if they are already up to date call DELL as it may be a concern due to hardware failure but please be ensure that your computer Power Management was not on Power Saver . Change that to the Highest Performance and please connect the A/c adapter too while doing all these steps .
